AMRAP in 30 min.

  • 2 min. Assault Bike

  • 5 Burpees box jumps

  • 10 Wall Ball Shots

  • 15 calorie Row

  • 20 Bearhug Sandbag Lunges (total of 20 steps)

  • 25 Sit-Ups (put sandbags on your feet and do old-school sit-ups. Scapula touches the floor, chest to knees.)

  • 30-meter Farmer's Carry with dumbells. (4 down and back on the fake grass)
